Questions about our programmes

Do I need a specific degree to enrol?

A bachelor’s level or equivalent professional experience is enough. Programmes are aimed at managers, civil servants, officers, journalists, advanced students and professionals taking on strategic responsibilities.

Can I pay with Mobile Money?

Yes: Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Wave and bank card are accepted. An invoice is issued for employer funding.

Can my organisation enrol a group?

Yes. For a group or a programme adapted to your teams, use our quote request form.

The Circle’s free programmes

The Institute offers paid, certified programmes. The Circle trains, free of charge, audiences that would otherwise have no access: voluntary contributions are welcome, but none is required.

Horizons Stratégiques programme

March to December, three sessions a month, for activists and leaders of parties and associations. Recruitment in January and February.

Strat’ Po

Coaching for a cohort of 15 to 20 first-year political science students, with faculties, parents and guardians.

WAEMU Integration

Three months online, July to September, for around twenty civil-society leaders from the WAEMU area.
